Every year, the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (or "Coachella") graces festival enthusiasts with its presence at Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. The following year marked their return to the two-day format it is now known for, and this came along with major changes like allowing campers onsite beginning in 2003.
