Established in 2012, Bangalore Open Air (BOA) is India's one and only heavy metal open-air music festival held annually in Bengaluru. In association with Wacken Open Air, which occurs yearly in the tiny German village of Wacken, Schleswig-Holstein, BOA has highlighted some of the iconic international metal bands from all over the world!
Since 2013, the festival has been home to the Indian segment of the worldwide band competition, Wacken Metal Battle. The winner is granted a chance to perform at Wacken Open Air!
Bengaluru Open Air is back for its 10th anniversary, welcoming all metalheads to come together and rock out this April 2023!
