The Million Rock Music Festival returned to Shinshu and was held in Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture, last year. However, to keep the fire of live performances burning in Hokuriku and to provide entertainment for local audiences eagerly awaiting it, it was decided that the following Million Rock Music Festival edition will be hosted by Ishikawa prefecture in 2023.
