Every summer, the breathtaking United Islands of Prague come alive as an international multi-genre festival takes place on the River Vltava islands. On the 5th and 6th of May, 2023, the United Islands of Prague will commemorate two decades since its illustrious inception. A plethora of performers across various genres, with 70 acts in total, will grace eight different stages as part of the festivities. Additionally, attendees can gain priceless insight into topics like freedom, diversity, and sustainability through lectures & panel discussions hosted during this incredible event at Island's venues dedicated to inspiration.
On the same day it began 20 years ago, the United Islands of Prague festival will again be hosted at River Vltava islands. Throughout this season-opening event, music and a unique thematic program called Islands of Inspiration will light up traditional areas in downtown Prague and other never-before-seen places within city limits. The upcoming twentieth year's theme is "Truth and Love," a celebration against misinformation, sustainability, diversity, and all they entail.
