For more than thirty years, Tallinn International Festival Jazzkaar has acted as a calling card of Estonian culture and the premier jazz festival of the Baltic region. Year after year, it continues to deliver an exciting mix of original programming and innovative solutions with limited resources - making it one of Estonia's most popular events, with over 3,000 international artists from 60 countries in attendance since its initiation in 1990.

At the same time, Klassikaraadio and EBU broadcasts enabled millions of European jazz enthusiasts to be part of it. The Spring 2015 Jazzkaar Festival saw an impressive attendance record with over 21,000 visitors - a landmark achievement!
