The inaugural Weedbeat Reggae Festival opened its doors to the public in 2004. Since then, it has seen many prominent acts grace their stage - featuring Bloc Safari, Dubmatix, Ilbilly HiTec, Irie Riddim, Jamaram, Mono & Nikitaman, Ohrbooten, PDC, and TOKE amongst many others.
The Weedbeat Open Air Festival is again showcasing all genres of off-beat music - from classic roots reggae and ska to the ever-popular German reggae, right through to electronic dubstep. Additionally, attendees can explore a culinary tent city set in tranquil countryside surroundings.
An authentic Jamaican beer should be a feature of the Weedbeat Reggae Festival! Presentations on two stages and an indoor dance hall for evening entertainment will take place in Speicher from Rössing. The beach stage is surrounded by white sand, palm trees, cocktails, bars, and loungers, setting the perfect scene for you to let loose. You'll have so much space to move around at the main stage area while enjoying two paid camping sites with various options.
