The NGOM Fest is an electrifying music celebration that originated in Prizren, Kosovo. The word "Ngom" comes from the Gheg Albanian dialect and translates to "Listen to me," while "Fest" stands for "Festival." This event was born out of a passionate group of forward-thinking people who are actively engaged in their local community and culture. After the compelling triumph of its inaugural event in June 2011, the activists were inspired to continue organizing this music festival with even more dedication and enthusiasm. This gathering is established to support up-and-coming bands and performers while simultaneously creating a new outlook on Kosovo's music festivals and connecting diverse ethnicities present within Kosovo itself and beyond.
NGOM Fest presents an eclectic selection of musical genres, from classical music to rock, alternative, pop, and electronic. The diverse lineup comes with a unique experience with different stages custom-designed for each genre!
From July 13th-16th, NGOM Festival 2023 will take place. In addition to an array of musical performances, the festival is renowned for its recreational sites - including the Ngom Shop! A fascinating exhibition also occurs throughout these four days and showcases the most beautiful parts of town and its stunning architecture.
