This two-day extravaganza is held in Opmeer every year on the first weekend of September, offering diverse musical performances from genres like live, dance, pop, urban, lounge, hip-hop, punk, and alternative. Catch all these exciting acts on five stages spread across the De Weyver recreation area for an unforgettable experience.
Every year since 1990, Zomerpop Festival has been passionately organized by volunteers and overseen by Stichting Zomerpop Opmeer- a non-profit organization. Visitors from all over flock to the event each year, with an estimated 5,000 to 6,000 people attending annually.
In the past edition, Zomerpop Festival has presented great artists from Wolter Kroes to the Nederpop All Stars, Henk, Westbroek, and Pater Moeskroen. This past performance lineup also included Pascal Redeker, Jan Spel, Team Rush Hour, Adje, FLAVA, La June, Nick White, DI-RECT, Froukje, The Vices, Dopebwoy, Childsplay, Fokke Simmons, Van Dikhout, FeestDJruud, La Jungle, La$$a, Wodan Boys, Sleazy Stereo, Meau, Personal Trainer, The Shivvies, and not forgetting Zomerpop Festival's other talented artists too!
