For the 13th year in a row, Dobrý Festival – Slovakia's most prominent music and arts festival - will take place in Prešov on June 9-10, 2023. Prešov is one of the largest cities located east of Slovakia, with an extensive past that serves as a perfect backdrop for such an event. Dobrý Festival builds from its roots, the Folk Festival of Good Music, which Mloci and Žobráci founded during the early 90s. Through its broadened genre range over time, it has become renowned across Slovakian society as one of its biggest multi-genre festivals today!
The mission is to establish a festival of vibrant music that features local bands and performers, as well as influential artists from around the world. This festival strives to bring people together in an environment of hope and joy while instilling mutual tolerance and respect through a combination of various musical genres, engaging conversations, and involving those with physical or mental disabilities in all the activities. This festival seeks to deliver unforgettable experiences for everyone who comes and joins! Every year, Dobrý Festival proudly supports the Prešov region and its bands. A conscious effort is made to invite one foreign performer who has inspired many people, someone whose presence can motivate those in this area to pursue their ambitions!
