Established in 2007, SubeRock is an annual complimentary rock festival held at the Parque de España in San Vicente de Alcántara to kick off summer during the first weekend of July. With its motto #gratisyalasombra, attendance is free of charge and open to all! It will surely be an unforgettable weekend filled with some of the best rock in town!
The Extremesound Cultural Association proudly presents the festival, which the City Council and Badajoz Provincial Council graciously sponsor. Many business people and freelancers have come together to promote this fantastic event and a stimulating international contest for emerging bands featuring grand cash prizes!
2023 marks the XV edition of SubeRock and will be celebrated from June 30 to July 1, 2023. This two-day event will bring the best lineup to grace the stage. It includes the presence of The BellRays, Doctor Explosión, The Maharajas, Cais Sodré Funk Connection, Calizo, Bantastic Fand, Koko-Jean & The Tonics, and many more will come to join in the fun.
