The Creation Festival, also known as Creation, was a Christian music festival that occurred yearly in the United States and lasted four days. The festival organizers claimed it was the country's most prominent Christian music festival. In the summer of 1984, Huntingdon County hosted the Creation Festival, the biggest Gospel festivity in the United States. Each summer, the Agape Farm in southern Huntingdon County hosts Creation, which brings in tens of thousands of spectators and features top Christian music performers on its main stage.
Over sixty Christian rock, contemporary, and worship bands performed at the four-day festival. There were also Christian speakers and authors, a fringe stage featuring up-and-coming and harder Christian rock bands, a children's stage with entertainers for younger children, a Late Nite Cafe, camping, a petting zoo, baptisms, communion, fireworks, extreme sports, volleyball, giveaways, a candlelight service, a prayer tent, a youth pastor VIP tent, and other experience-based activities.
The festival aimed to share the message of the Gospel through music, teachings, and other creative means. The goal was to draw the attendees toward Christ's salvation and discipleship. The festival organizers intended it to be a time of prayer and personal reflection, where attendees could welcome Christ into their lives through music, teaching, and speeches.
