What was initially known as Harboøre Musikfestival in 1980 is now referred to as Haze over Haarum. It all started with a small, local festival featuring solely homegrown bands.Every year, the legendary Haze over Haarum festival captivates its local crowds with a horde of sensational Danish and international acts. Experience the remarkable musical journey at Bergenhus Fortress from June 14th to 17th, 2023!Bergenfest was created in 1993, initially known as OleBlues. Intended to be a small-scale blues and Americana festival held at different locations across Bergen city center, it has since grown into one of Norway's most beloved festivals.Bergenfest has expanded through the years to become one of Norway's most renowned music events, boasting a wide-ranging musical selection and an ever-growing audience. In 2012, it shifted from indoors to outdoors at Bergenhus Fortress - its scenic setting exuded both history and beauty.Bergenfest at the majestic Bergenhus Fortress can accommodate up to 9,000 guests daily. The festivities are spread across two outdoor stages: Plenen and Bastionen. Additionally, Magic Mirrors has a capacity of 600 people with its art nouveau-inspired mirror tent, while Håkonshallen provides 400 additional seats in its medieval ballroom for concerts.

Bergenfest

Each summer, locals and tourists flock to the municipality of Træna, located in Nordland county in Norway. Foodies will not be disappointed either - feast on all sorts of culinary delights, ranging from traditional roast pork sandwiches to Asian street food - while taking in breathtaking views of bathers enjoying a dip in the Kattegat!It all started in 2009 when the Grauengaard twins, Andreas and Kristian, had a brilliant thought with two of their friends. Hosting parties in their hometown to bring together old pals while contributing to Tisvildeleje's enhancement so they could enjoy the wonderful music and one another's company!Stejlepladsen in Tisvildeleje hosted the inaugural edition of this festival, orchestrated by a team of 100 friends and acquaintances. A remarkable 700 visitors converged at the event to revel with one another while grooving to 16 distinct bands over three days. From then on, the festival saw its attendance steadily grow each year.
