The 37th April Jazz Festival is here to shine a spotlight on talented jazz stars from all over the world and give an opportunity for fresh Finnish jazz music to be discovered. The event will take place at various venues such as Espoo Cultural Centre, Sello Hall in Leppävaara, EMMA Espoo Museum of Modern Art in Espoo, and G Livelab and Korjaamo in Helsinki - offering audiences a diverse selection of premieres and album release concerts!Every year, April Jazz tantalizes the senses with a captivating roster of virtuosic performers and awe-striking music. Since 1987, Espoo Big Band ry has been proud to present this enthralling festival in Espoo, Finland, at the end of April. Billy Cobham Band, Lizz Wright, Mnozil Brass – Gold, Sara Correia, Yumi Ito. For three months each year, beginning around April/May, the Klavier Festival brings together world-renowned piano virtuosos and emerging talents to perform timeless pieces of classical or jazz music throughout the Ruhr region. Organized by Stiftung Klavier-Festival Ruhr with art leader Franz Xaver Ohnesorg, this annual event promises a truly extraordinary experience for all attendees. Klavier Festival is an acclaimed gathering supported by a number of local industrial companies. jazzahead! is an essential event for anyone involved in the international jazz scene. You'll find high-quality, contemporary jazz from Germany, Europe, and overseas. Musicians, labels, agents, festival organizers, bookers, and media representatives come together at this impressive gathering - known to many as 'the Family Reunion of Jazz' - making it the world's most significant rendezvous point for all related professionals.Every year, this festival celebrates the art and culture of a different partner country in the Hanseatic city with over 60 international partners. The weekend culminates in 30 venues featuring 40 showcase concerts, GALA CONCERT, and CLUBNIGHT to bring you an unforgettable experience. Since 2011, this incredible celebration has been happening before and during the international jazz meeting for all music lovers worldwide.This year marks the 12th anniversary of jazzahead! Festival, a one-of-a-kind celebration, that brings together cultures, music, and jazz fans worldwide. For three days, this festival will have an exciting program full of invigorating exchange and experience right at your fingertips!The city of Bremen is transformed into a global hub for jazz music when jazzahead! Festival rolls around annually in April. This year, from April 27th to 30th, 36 bands will grace the stage with their performances. On this year's program, the festival has distinct pieces such as Heinrich von Kalnein's ALPINE AIR (together with Jakob Helling), Purple Is The Color quartet, and Gina Schwarz & Multiphonics 8 bands. They are all slated to make an impression at the showcase event.
