Acampada Jove

Joventuts d'Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya (JERC) organizes a cultural gathering called Acampada Jove every summer. The event used to take place in different areas across Catalonia, but it has now established a permanent location in Sant Celoni. This town is positioned at the bottom of Montseny in the Vallès Oriental region.

It offers various activities in different venues for the event. Macro concerts take place at Espai Independencia, while Espai Cultura hosts live music, workshops, talks, debates, and exhibitions. The Espai Socialisme is a spacious location where tents can be set up. Additionally, the Espai Natura is a forested area of over 5,000 square meters that is ideal for unwinding, and it's located near the Montseny and Montnegre-Corredor nature reserves.

Espai Llibertat is a venue for artistic and political events, including music concerts by well-known bands and the promotion of up-and-coming Catalan groups. This is highlighted in Acampada Jove through the Música Jove competition final and the semi-finals of the prestigious Sona9.
