Balaton Sound

Held annually in Zamárdi on the Lake Balaton shoreline, Balaton Sound is among Europe's most prominent open-air electronic music festivals. From 2007 to 2012, it was known as Heineken Balaton Sound and, since 2013, as MasterCard Balton Sound due to its corporate sponsorship.

For 14 years, the shores of Lake Balaton in Hungary have been alive with music from around the globe - from renowned headliners to up-and-coming acts. The same organizers responsible for Sziget Festiva created this unique event, and now it has become an annual highlight on many people's calendars.
