Castle Rock's last event was beyond successful, attracting more than 1000 individuals from all over Germany and garnering exceptionally positive press reviews. Visitors even lavished their recognition and compliments on the creators of Castle Rock. It was clear that a follow-up festival should happen again in the future!

With great ambition, the organizer initially set out to construct an iconic festival in Mülheim an der Ruhr, resulting in Castle Rock at Broich Castle in July 2000. Fast-forward two decades later, and it is still going strong - returning on June 30th & July 1st, 2023! Clearly, this beloved event has endured the test of time, proving its lasting strength for many years to come.
