Chinook Fest is a multi-day event created in 2012 by Cody Beebe, Eric Miller, Aaron Myers, and Joe Catron (The Crooks) to show appreciation for their home community's unwavering support of their music. They also wanted to provide quality new music they had come across while touring over the past decade. You can also experience this great outdoor event at Chinook Fest 2023, which runs from June 8th to 11th.
What started as a modest gathering of just 250 people in Jim Sprick Community Park has grown phenomenally to become an event attended by almost 2000 individuals encompassing more than 25 acres. Not only has the team developed, but its core vision remains the same: to be passionate about music, bring people together, and deliver unforgettable memories. Chinook Fest is focused on preserving an intimate and special atmosphere for artists, fans, and local community members while also spotlighting the Yakima Valley's natural beauty.
Chinook Fest's goal is to deliver an unbeatable experience that will make you return year after year. The team works hard in the trenches to ensure your satisfaction and give you access to the best music and other attractions. If by chance you encounter them onsite, please don't be shy—tell them what they're doing right and suggest any areas for improvement! The team always strives for greatness to bring out the absolute best of Chinook Fest.
