Dalane Bluesfestival

Egersund plays host to the Dalane Blues Festival each year. This festival is known for its iconic rock and blues performances along with concerts from a variety of other genres as well. During this time, you can experience 30 different shows on five stages that differ both in size and structure.

The Dalane Blues Festival aims to bring the joys of music to everyone, regardless of age. This festival is an excellent chance for local/regional musicians and artists to showcase their ability in the Union Blues Cup. Whoever emerges victorious from this competition will be given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity - they will head on to the Notodden blues festival as one of its finalists! And if that's not enough, they'll also have an expense-paid tour around Norwegian blues clubs with which they could make invaluable connections within the music industry.
