Dark Skies over Witten

The Dark Skies Over Witten festival has been a staple in the Ruhr area since 2015 and will be returning this year with its 7th edition. On March 24th and 25th, DSoW Festival brings an international lineup of performers for this two-day extravaganza! After last year's Dark Skies over Witten V ½ event in 2022, DSoW is back in full swing, and this time it will be bigger than ever.

On March 24th, Aeon Sable will take center stage as the headline act for the night. Joining them is Psyche from Canada, who's sure to entertain with their own setlist. Sweet Ermengarde will add a unique flair of old and new songs guaranteed to get crowds moving! Finally, the Days of Sorrow band completes this incredible lineup on Friday night!

Don't miss the opener of this incredible festival on Saturday, March 25th, with Kurschatten followed by Italian electronic wave duo Hapax and Dutch rockers Silent Runners. Berlin's own Golden Apes will play as well before Girls Under Glass takes over with their new album. Finally, Red Zebra will bring the night to a close in full post-punk glory!

Not only will you have access to various food trucks, but two separate refreshment counters on the upper and lower floors will keep everyone's thirst quenched! Additionally, the site's bustling shopping street consists of numerous vendors sure to satisfy your browsing desires during your breaks.
