Deadwood Red Dirt Festival

The 8th edition of the Deadwood Red Dirt Music Festival at the stunning Deadwood Mountain Grand is quickly becoming one of the top music festivals in the Midwest. The event will take place on January 13th and 14th, 2023, featuring Casey Donahew and Kody West, headlining an extensive lineup of some of Red Dirt's most esteemed musicians. In 2015, Deadwood Mountain Grand welcomed 5,000 music lovers for a two-day event featuring some of the best Red Dirt performances. This soil color found in Oklahoma and Texas is home to an Outlaw Country genre that has grown into Americana, folk, and alt-country sounds. Some call it "Country Music with Attitude," while others consider this sound as more than just one type - but instead a state of mind that unites rock and country fans alike!

No matter the definition, Red Dirt fans are ardent supporters and have flocked to Deadwood Mountain Grand in droves during prior years.
