Der Detze Rockt

Der Detze Rockt is a two-day open-air rock and metal festival held at the sports field in Daun-Rengen (Germany). This year marks the 11th anniversary of this metal music festival. This festival will celebrate this momentous event and present incredible performers worldwide to grace the stage on June 16 & 17, 2023!

This festival is a community-driven event, with over 100 volunteers who come together to make it possible. Set at the spectacular Detzenberg amongst lush forest vistas in the Eifel region, the festival's family atmosphere and incredibly affordable prices have made it well-known for generations! Plus, the festival donates part of the proceeds to charity each year.

Since 2011, Der Detze Rockt has hosted various influential acts on its stage—including Sodom, Exciter, Blaze Bayley, Blitz, Ambush, Hellish Crossfire, and Battelaxe. In addition, Metalucifer, Tokyo Blade, and many more big names in the metal music scene have also graced this platform with their presence. All-in-all, it is no exaggeration to say that Der Detze Rockt brings together some of the finest performers from around the world!
