In 2017, a group of dedicated music lovers collectively decided to build something special in the picturesque neighborhood of Sainte-Thérèse, Montreal. Santa Teresa is their passion project—carefully curating lineups featuring local and international talent who all come together to perform in literal backyard venues! They created this festival out of an urge for suburban kids like them who wanted access to city culture but couldn't experience it firsthand. So they reversed that idea and brought it back home instead. It's a tribute to suburbia. Hallelujah!
