Festivale 2023 is here! Festivale is a three-day summer event celebrating the best of Tasmania: its food, drinks, and entertainment. This outdoor extravaganza is set amidst Launceston's picturesque City Park and offers a unique atmosphere you won't find anywhere else!

Held once a year, Festivale draws in approximately 28,000 individuals and occurs on the initial weekend of February. This sensational event was founded in 1988 as an eclectic street party and has now developed into one of Tasmania's most iconic occasions, bringing people together to honor what this beautiful nation offers to the more incredible world.

Festivale brings together Tasmania's finest produce, cold climate wines, beers, spirits, and entertainment in a culturally significant outdoor space near the city. With its vast open area under the towering elm trees of City Park, Festivale is undoubtedly one of Australia's best food & wine festivals -- making it ideal for family gatherings or friends to catch up!
