Mark your calendars - Fête de l'Humanité 2023 is coming to Base 217 in Plessis-Pâté on September 15th, 16th, and 17th!
Every year, the French newspaper L'Humanité presents Fête de l'Humanité - an event that has become one of France's largest popular festivals, drawing over half a million people.
In September 1930, Jean Jaurès, the French socialist behind L'Humanité newspaper, launched a fête de l'Humanité festival to increase funds. The event brought in over one thousand participants and marked a significant milestone for the paper since its creation in 1904.
Hundreds of stalls from all around the world gather together to provide attendees with delicious food and drinks at this event. This fête is a remarkable amalgamation of politics and entertainment, where music concerts occur alongside heated discussions, art shows, films, etc.
Previously, Amelia Jordana, Gauvain Sers, Jacques & Thomas Dutronc, Kungs, Sexion d'Assaut, and Christophe Maé comprised previous lineups for Fête de l'Humanité. But it looks like music lovers will be dazzled by even more musical talent this year.
