Holocène Festival

Each year since 2017, Le Périscope's Holocène Festival has celebrated the hottest trends in pop, electro, and metal music. Directed by Sylvain Nguyen, this festival is a must-attend for fans of hip-hop, rap, and hardcore beats throughout the Grenoble area! With ever-changing genres featured on its lineup each year, you can expect an unforgettable experience at every edition of the Holocene Festival.

As an effort to establish a local festival image and provide job opportunities for people living in the Grenoble region, Holocène employed around 300 individuals during its last edition. To stand out from other festivals, like Tomorrowland Winter Festival, Holocene's third edition took place at the end of summer 2019. Additionally, this event witnessed a more balanced number of male and female performers overall - making it one-of-a-kind among most music festivals!

On March 3 and 4, 2023, Holocène Festival will be back in Grenoble to offer a unique experience! Music lovers have been anxiously awaiting the festival's return to France's vibrant atmosphere with an eclectic mix of sounds sure to leave audiences delighted.
