Jazz en la Costa

The annual Jazz on the Costa Festival takes place every July. You can enjoy the festival by sitting outdoors under the stars with the backdrop of el Castillo San Miguel. The 36th edition of the Jazz en la Costa Festival will feature multiple venues over several nights in July 2023!

The Festival has had 36 editions and is considered the most significant event of its kind on the Andalusian coast. Jazz en la Costa is a renowned jazz festival, one of the oldest in Europe, situated in the southernmost part of Europe. Its location near Africa, historical landmarks, an Arab fortress, and Phoenician ruins add to its charm. Jazz en la Costa offers a beautiful setting with its proximity to the sea and lush vegetation of the Costa Tropical.

The Festival de Jazz en la Costa is taking place in the central Parque del Majuelo in Almuñécar, brought to you by the Diputación de Granada in collaboration with the City Council. It's the perfect opportunity to experience the passion of Jazz and immerse yourself in the music of top-notch Jazz artists.
