Jazz Gunung Festival, an event devoted to jazz music, was founded in 2009 by three passionate and innovative individuals: Sigit Pramono, Butet Kartaredjasa, and Djaduk Ferianto. As the name suggests, this musical gathering takes place on a mountaintop! Today Jazz Gunung takes place in two cities - Probolinggo and Banyuwangi. Its dedicated fan base is aptly called "Aljazziyah," who swear loyalty to this enchanting event!
