Kapa Festival, formerly known as Kaparock, was born in 2000 when a band of enthusiasts began to provide local bands with the chance to hone their craft. Now, Kapa Festival is one of Estonia's most renowned music festivals and annually draws fans from all corners of the nation to Kohila.
