Come for the 25th anniversary of Knockengorroch, the only festival in the hills which has been around since 1998! On May 25th-28th, 2023, at Castle Douglas, the festival will celebrate world music and all it offers. This event was founded out of a passion for land conservation, exemplary roots, music, and good times - something that continues to this day. In 2015, after being recommended by Dumfries & Galloway Council's Major Events Strategic Fund the event flourished.
