Last summer, the inaugural Lucky FM: Green Festival was held with great success in July 2022. In celebration of its second edition, it has been rebranded as LuckyFes. Ibaraki Broadcasting Co., Ltd., will host it on 15th-17th July 2023 at Hitachi Seaside Park in Hitachinaka City, Ibaraki Prefecture!

LuckyFes 2023 is an art, music, and food festival with a captivating mix of rock, pop, and hip-hop genres. An estimated twenty thousand visitors from all over Japan came to the event last year - mostly from Ibaraki Prefecture and the Kanto area stretching from Hokkaido to Okinawa. In its second year, slated for the summer of 2023, they have chosen "Connecting the lights of Ibaraki's festival culture!" as its motto.
