The idea of Oktoberfestivalen comes from the seventeen days of festivities in Germany and Bavaria, where they commemorate with German sausages and beer mugs. In this era where concerts are few and far between, the organizer believes that Oktoberfestivalen will provide a source of amusement for people over 20 - as it has an age limit set at twenty years old.
