This Father's Day weekend, June 16–17, 2023, the Open Highway Music Festival is back and better than ever! Get ready to be amazed by some of the best names in roots music genres. As St. Louis' own homegrown world-class event for root music lovers, this festival promises an unforgettable experience that you won't find anywhere else!
When John Henry set out to create the Open Highway Music Festival in 2011, he had one primary goal: to craft an unforgettable weekend of country and Americana music that everyone could enjoy. He merely wanted a good time, plain and simple. What started out as a simple idea soon blossomed into one of the most celebrated events in the area. Now, more than ten years later, the Open Highway Music Festival is eagerly anticipated each summer by many!
Guests can attend the weekend celebration with peace of mind knowing that their ticket purchase is also making an impact in St. Louis — a portion of each sold ticket contributes to St. Patrick's Center, an organization dedicated to reducing homelessness in the area. As an event planner, Henry believes it's his team's duty to give back and help those living in the community!
