Open R Festival

The Open R Festival, a three-day extravaganza of rock, pop, and schlager music from June 30th to July 2nd, 2023, will be held in Uelzen near Lüneburg, Germany.

Since its inception in 2008, the Uelzen Open R did not have a smooth beginning. To ensure it could remain successful, organizers planned for the 2012 festival with a revised concept that included grandstands to accommodate spectators. The success of this approach is evidenced by the growing number of visitors and renowned artists that come to participate in what has become known as one of Germany's premier outdoor festivals!

Open R Festival offers unforgettable music with a star-studded line-up of nationally and internationally renowned artists every year. The show will be spectacular, from the rock-pop acts to the excellent mega stage, sound system, and light show that is sure to leave you mesmerized like in years past.
