Playtime Festival

Gachuurt Village is home to Playtime Festival, the largest yearly music festival in Mongolia, located near Ulaanbaatar. Established in 2002 and organized as a non-profit event, Hotel Mongolia serves as the venue for this unforgettable experience.

As Playtime Music Festival is the longest-running music event in Mongolia, it has long acted as an agent for new musical talent and introduced many previously unknown bands to enthusiastic audiences.

Over time, its scope of supported genres has expanded from rock and indie to include folk, metal, jazz, electronic, and hip-hop, showcasing a plethora of musical diversity!

Over 50,000 music enthusiasts are treated to the sound of 100 different bands and artists across 10 exhilarating stages at this popular annual festival for three days.
