On August 11 and 12, 2023, the 24-year-old Rising Sun Rock Festival (RSR) will open its doors to all who yearn for an unforgettable experience of rock music surrounded by beautiful nature. 1999 marked the inception of Japan's first epic outdoor rock festival, and ever since then, RSR has been striving hard to provide visitors with a true celebration of rock like no other. What once was an empty Ishikari field is now transformed into a quaint little town that comes alive every two days in 365 days!
