Steinkjerfestivalen

The Steinkjerfestivalen is the premier and most significant music festival of Trøndelag, taking place every year in late June. This folk festivity has been running since 2006 right in the heart of Norway and offers a multitude of internationally-acclaimed performers along with Norway's most eminent popstars.

During the festival, Steinkjer bursts to life with an intimate and lively atmosphere where guests can move from one particular stage to another within a few minutes. The main stage at Rismelen seats up to 7,000 people for entertaining performances; others include Klubbscene in the community center, the NTE tent on the square, and grandiose Steinkjer Church, which offer different musical experiences that will fill your heart with joy. Norway offers only a few festivals with such an extensive and cozy yet spacious festival area. Here you can enjoy large and small concerts while also having the chance to meet many friendly people in a great atmosphere.

With a line-up including Åge Aleksandersen and Sambandet, Matoma, Di Derre, Astrid S, Rotlaus, Henning Kvitnes, Anna of the North, TNT, Eva Weel Skram, Vinni, and many more talented performers - this will be an incredible weekend full of music!
