Sunrise Reggae and Ska Festival

Every year, the vibrant spectacle of the Sunrise Reggae and Ska Festival takes place in Mindeltal near Burtenbach. What began as a one-day summer festival hosted by "dilldapper musikbarclub" between 2003 to 2006 has now blossomed into an event for all reggae and ska enthusiasts since it was first established in 2007.

Since its inception, the Sunrise Reggae and Ska Festival has become a favorite in Bavaria, enchanting visitors with its gorgeous open-air festival grounds and beautiful lake. Guests are treated to good vibes while experiencing free camping sites, a relaxation area for downtimes between performances, Roots children's play area where kids can have fun, and excellent cuisine from Jamaica and Africa! Besides those exciting features, there will be bazaar shopping areas, and a massive live stage hosting a fantastic sound system and shows that'll blow everyone away.
